First time out with new shoes and they were SO not the shoes for me! My feet were killing me by the end and I had to walk most of the last half mile.

  7. RUN
blah Beneezy Purple Monkey 10 km

First race post surgery. I walked more than I ever have in a race but I am glad I listened to my body and didn't push too hard.
