    Legs felt strong, cardio felt great even though it was HOT and HUMID! Started out slow, but endorphins kicked in and I enjoyed the run!

    Legs felt sore and stiff at first. Struggled thru the first 3 miles and then my legs felt much better! Finished strong with two miles of hills at the end!

    I made sure I ate a healthy afternoon snack (powerbar) and was hydrated. Felt MUCH better than monday's run. I am happy with my pace, legs felt strong and I even threw in some inclines/hills just to push my legs at the end.
