Another LONG and SLOW run. Apparently, all of these super slow long runs will have me better prepared for race day! I hope so! All I know is that I was able to run it in with no leg pain. Yes, legs were tired, feeling heavy and stiff, but no "real" pain. I stopped my watch on all bathroom breaks, but kept it running during the hydration stops.
