Barefoot. 60°F and cloudy. Just ran at a comfortable pace this morning, which worked out well since the training schedule called for 10 at an aerobic pace. I was surprised to see that my average pace was around 11 min/mi since I thought I was going a little faster than that, but it is what it is. My average HR during this run was 150 bpm.

The deer flies weren't really an issue this morning as I think it was a bit chilly for them - I think they become active around 63-65°F, if they do come out when it's colder, they tend to be really slow.
