Bracketed by three-minute warm-ups and cool-downs are hill intervals that are combinations of 4/10 and 9/10 inclines with 30/100, 35/100 and 40/100 resistance. I did this because the top of my left foot was sore this morning and I just want to give it some more rest before running again. I'm icing that foot now.
