Outdoor Jog/Walk Intervals

Includes a four-minute warm-up followed by intervals of two minutes jogging and three minutes walking. One of the tracks has been leveled for construction of a new middle school. The really nice track was occupied by the track team and the football team. So, I did this on a sidewalk loop around the Liberal Arts and Business buildings.
