    I had to ride on my trainer since hubs went on long ride and my rents went out for their anniversary dinner! All good though. So cute how girls come into the dungeon, Mom you doing ok? :)

      was a tad warm out there today, but no humidity like last wednesday. Hey I'm meeting the ladies at 5:30 at Knollwood in the morning. Taking son for a physical so going in late to work, so can run early morning.
