Nice workout :) I've found it's really hard to do short intervals on treadmills because of the time needed to adjust the speed. Can't wait to do them outside!

Right? You always have to add 10 seconds on either side. I have found that I push myself a lot harder on the TM, though, because I can crank up the speed and I'll keep up for fear of flying off the back... :-)
