Last long run before the marathon. Woo! Spent most the run weaving through AIDS walk folks. My left calf was at a 3 or 4 on the pain scale while I ran. Now that I'm home, it's at a 6/7. Icing and hoping against all hopes it heals soon.


Do take it easy on that calf. Maybe some stretching and some massage...
