I had to lie to myself continually to finish this run ("You only have to do 5/6/7/8"), but I made it! Also, I ran way faster than normal because I wanted to get it over with. There are many roads to progress . . .

Awesome run! What do you usually do after a longer run like that? Eat, sleep, ice? I just cry, and that doesn't help much with recovery.
