    Humid but pleasant run. Let the rest of the group go ahead and do the other lake without me, cause I didn't want to jump into too many miles with the Vibrams too soon.

      How are you liking the Vibrams? I'm tempted to get some, but I tend to need a lot of arch support.

      I love the feeling of being (near) barefoot. I've always worn stability running shoes because I'm a pronator, but I haven't had any pain or issues with the Vibrams so far. They definitely change my foot strike (I'm landing further forward and less on the heel), which I think is a good thing.
