deadlifts, front row, shoulder press, squats, kickbacks, bicep curls, wide bent over rows, push-ups, sit-ups. I skipped the lunges because of my foot.
20 Reps with 20 lb KB, 2 Rounds
KB Swings

One arm thrusters w/squat
Sumo squat and pull KB up to chin with high elbows

My Christmas wish is to make it through Dec. 7th - 30th (while the in-laws are staying with us) with a smile on face and joy in my heart... or at least without killing anyone.
Not quite running. A mix of walking and jogging. I had exactly 30 minutes to get in some kind of workout.
