Dang! Just when I think I'm getting faster I'm still slow as sludge. But I felt good and I eked out 4 miles, including warm up and cool down. I normally go to the gym in the wee hours of the morning but had some errands to run this morning and didn't get there until noon. REALLY prefer the wee hours!
