      I am with you! It is difficult to make myself cross train because all I want to do is run! :) I guess it builds character to deny yourself and do what you know you need to do. :)

      Bikes are handy when you can't get outside but unless you spice up the workout with intervals or something it can be sooo boring! Yeah not my first choice either but a good back up. Great job Kim!

  5. Rest Day....feel like I'm crawling out of my skin. I've cleaned the house, gone shopping, and still want to run. I know rest is important but it's so hard!!

      Glad you had a great workout! Can't wait to hit the roads myself! I've heard that treadmill tends to be slower because you have to consciously maintain pace and balance. Not sure if that's accurate or not.

    Weight training: back and chest, then 10 minutes on the arc trainer, 10 minutes on the bike, and a 30 minute core class. Phew! Felt good.
