    it was hot, humid and very buggy. 81 degrees at 9:30 am.

    after being sick it felt great to get backout in running shoes on a sunny day.

    still getting back to where i left off. new shoes are a challenge as is the spring winds.
    the weather was beautiful today and i was happy to run a bit more than the last few times out.
