great Health Strategies - Spring is here my a_ _ run! 14.5 mi

Only in Kansas can it be 60+ degrees and sunny and within 15 hours turn to driving sleet/snow, 25-35 mph winds with gust to 40+ and wind chill around 10 degrees. What a great day for a long run! Did the last 4 miles hard and I'm feeling pretty good about next weekends half marathon up in KC. The wackos from the west side included, Karla, Snook, Winston, and Fernando. Good job to all!!

    I had a great time ya'll. It was not near as bad as I thought it might be late last night when I was listening to all the snow/ice pellets hitting the windows. -- glad patrick is still getting his run in!

    Nice run in the snow....bet it is all melted today. Hope so anyway. Fun to get out in the spring snow. The flakes are usually big and fluffy. So cool.
