  3. protein shakes good or bad?

      Depends? I keep protein shakes around when I know I am in meetings all day and won't be able to eat a good lunch at work. With all my cardio and weight training, my trainer has me on low carb protein powder in water after workouts. So I'd say depending upon your workouts and your daily nutrition it could help or it could hurt. Sorry I know that's a lame answer. But protein after workouts does help repair your muscles.

      depends on the protein. put some carbs in there, and buy something that is a whey protein isolate, or a vegan protein. keep it clean! sweetened with stevia or nothing at all... artificial sweeteners are no good for ya.

      Non fat frozen yogurt, sugar free jello pudding cups, little piece of dark chocolate... yum!

      yes, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 cup fruit with 1/3 cup granola. Very sweet, very good for you and around 250-300 calories depending on the yogurt.
