    Run/walk but after I got my legs going I did my version of sprints from light to light with rest for 2 lights. Feeling pretty good. I hope the left foot feels the same after my shoes come off.

      Thanks guys!! Funny from last night....I have 2 clocks in my room. One has managed to be changed (again) 1 hr ahead. I was late starting my workout (kids) and I went to check the time...it said 11:30...there was no way I was going out at 11:30 to start a run. Got downstairs and realized it was 10:30...I thought well crap now I have to go. I was so flippin' tired too. I am proud I didn't bail on the run.
