    The rain was pouring outside, so I drove to the gym for my first tempo workout of this training plan. WU, 2x1 mile @ 9:13, cool down. Easing into it.

    My left shoulder hurts, but I got all the "yards" completed. This was the first time I did all 1000 alternating breathing (I think that's what you swimmers call it).
