Week #4 of marathon training. Nice run this morning. I ate so much this past weekend!!!! I ate everything in site without any discretion!!!! LOL!! I must have some sort of food addiction!!! I could totally tell this morning during my run. I have to remember that I have a goal to achieve. You only get your first marathon once. I wan't the best me to be at the start line in Chicago!!!

You'll be fine! Hang tight chickie!! you'll be glad to know this food monster had strawberries and yogurt for lunch, salad for dinner...lol. We won't talk about the 800000 calories over the holiday : )

Once you get deeper into the program, you will get hungrier and hungrier. Just make sure you choose good choices or you could end up gaining lbs (which seems CRAZY with all the running you'll be doing, but bad calories add up quickly). Now, if only I can listen to my own advice. hehe
