Nice run today. This run was a stepback so only 5 on the schedule. That concludes all of my runs for week #3. Feeling good. I just wish I was eating good! Have a nice Memorial Day weekend DM's!!!


Everything seems to be on track now, and I'm so glad you're feeling it too, J! I'm not sure what you mean about "eating good", but I suspect that will fall in place soon. Nice run today!

Eating is key to training. I am working on my diet too. I have a very sensitive stomach, so it's something I am constantly aware of...small meals throughout the day, lots of fiber, lots of water, always!

I feel you on the eating! All these holidays are killing me... I never feel fueled for my runs lately.. Too much crap and I have no will power! Glad to hear you are feeling good!! Keep it up : ))
