    The bridge was brutal. Never again will I run this course. 10+ miles of thin, hard concrete. Massive blister on my right pinky toe that covered the entire toe. It was HOT too!

    I ran 13 miles total but leg 5 was 10.5 HOT miles. Boy was it hot! Ran the last 3 miles of leg 7 with a friend as well. Not so hot for that part!

    This was the hardest race I've ever ran. Straight up hills for at least 3-4 miles. I just walked them. Hot today too. Gorgeous, challenge race.

    It was HOT out there already by 6:15 am. I think they had recently let the goats roam around. I was pestered by annoying flies the whole time. It was annoying.

    Sloooow run. Stomach was a mess, dog was afraid of every dog she saw and I had to stop and pick her up.

    Hubby and I ran a hilly, Tahoe trail. It was gorgeous and tough! Ended the run on an uphill.

    Took this run slow. Legs felt fab, but I have a giant blister on my pinky toe. It was killing me the entire run. :(

    First 20 mile run ever! Ebbed and flowed on my energy level and it was very mentally challenging. But is DONE!
