That's awesome, Jana! Too many kids just don't have active role models at home. I am sad when I see parents bringing their kids to the gas station before school to get 'breakfast'. It's so great that you can have a positive influence in their lives.

That just warms my heart! Although it might not appeal to many of them, I would like to mention that school is where my daughter does track practice. They have a wonderful opportunity to run on a really nice new track any time. You are a shining example to them. Kudos for that!!

I suppose if I ever decided to try a tri I'd have to learn what any of what you said means. It sounds hard as hell, though! But you power through the difficult stuff! Kick butt Jana

Wheelbarrow is rather straightforward. I bet you could handle it! Hard to describe, easy to demonstrate. :) Single-Arm drills still make me a bit nervous. I have problems holding proper form with that one. :/

Wow! Someone said I was fast! Lol. Sure didn't feel like it on the course. Looking at the overal results, I was 12 of 16 on the bike. I'm always at the bottom of the pack for the bike. :/ But this particular race always draws the really fast folks.
