      Hi Jo -- good call keeping the HR nice and easy while you rebuild the base, and smart to focus on form, too. As for your question on my run today -- there is no "standard" HR! It can vary quite a bit between men/women, people of different ages, weights, builds, etc. The key is to find YOUR max and set your zones from that.

      Yay! I signed up too! Great day to run! Good job for getting out! I got your vm, just a couple of days ago, let me get mg head on strait and I'll call you! Text is good for me too for planning. Caolan is my coach, she is first a friend which is even better. I love my plan so far, she sends it weekly, so its a bit of a mystery what I'll be running...i like it that way, then i don't get obsessed over theweeks to come and I can focus on now! :)

      That sounds like no fun at all and I'm glad you are on the tail end of it all. I'm so glad you are seeing improvement in your paces :). I don't have problems with my pants inching down but I also have to sit on a non skid mat to avoid a rug burn so maybe that's why.
