    jogged early this morning today... but stopped after 20 minutes... got hungry. hahaha. next time, i'll make sure to eat before i go out and jog :)

  5. did 25 mins on skipping rope, boxed -s.box, mitts, bag, s.ball, l.ball... then another 2o minutes on the stepper... now my legs are sore @.@

  6. After waiting in line for almost 2 hours just to buy Eclipse movie tickets, went straight to the gym and did 7 miles on the elliptical trainer today.. plus 90 half body push ups... =)

  7. had another body fat measure today... 1% to go and I'm under the fitness category already! wooohoooo!!!

    Started slow and then ran as fast as I could after the turning point! hahaha

  13. went to the gym today.. but wasn't in the mood at all.. probably cause I wasn't able to have my morning doze of coffee... no coffee = no workout. harharhar!
