      I felt the same way about the ladder set. Once you get going, though, it's a pretty fun way to swim a mile :)

      It wasn't until the 5 laps that I was able to loosen up and get through it, lol. Just shows how out of shape I am, ugh... It really is a fun way to swim a mile, though!

      Haha, you ladies are too funny (: I have better pictures from when I was more in shape (which is what I'm working towards now) but they are actual photographs and I don't have a scanner here at the apartment, lol. Maybe one day I'll get it scanned and posted. Thanks for the comments!
