    Its strange to say but I can tell these workouts are helping. The same workout is definitely feeling easier now and I can lift more weight. Now to just start adding back my running routine...

    I think I've had a bit of a mental block on running since the marathon. Still haven't quite gotten my routine back yet but I think I'm slowly coming around.

    Finally got a workout in this week. Random on-call work stuff has been messing up my plans. Sneaking in some 15/20 minute crossfit or strength work is good but it's no run.

    Welcome to Houston. I almost threw in the towel on this one due to the heat but I'm glad I got it done. I went out too late at 10AM and the sun was already high.

    It's crazy humid today but I'm glad I went longer. I think my 8 mile route feels the most normal to me and its been a while since I've run it.

    Really folks, full tights, pullover and hat? It's 59F this morning. I felt hot and clammy for them. Great run and tacked on 30 push-ups and 20 curls to boot.
