Track Tuesday - 5 x 600 8.15 mi
Shifting gears to shorter stuff. Went like this, 2:23, 2:21, 2:17, 2:19, 2:20. Recoveries were all between 1:08-1:12. I'll take the cold as long as it wants to stick around.

Humid one today. Dripping at the end. Workout was 12 x 45 secs with 45 recovery. Ran them with Pete. Paces were all around 6:15-6:30.
