i'm toning up, which is good. my pace is getting a lot faster. I'm happy about that! This weekend i'll see how I do running outside. I don't work out to better my body. I just love the feeling I get after a workout. over all, it's just so good for you!

it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be! I did three half mile intervals with the incline, and three without.
