    I'm taking a 5K class at school. We meet every Tuesday. Today we ran six sets of 400m with two minutes in between sets.

    I'm on vacation for a week. So this morning I decided to get up at 5 and run along the beach. It felt so good to have the water hitting my toes. (:

      i'm toning up, which is good. my pace is getting a lot faster. I'm happy about that! This weekend i'll see how I do running outside. I don't work out to better my body. I just love the feeling I get after a workout. over all, it's just so good for you!
