One of my worst "runs" ever. It was hot and sunny and I couldn't keep the sweat out of my eyes the entire time. Ended up walking well over half and the heat kicked my ass. First the first time ever, I threw up during a run...about 1/4 mile from my house. I continued to throw up a few times during the next few hours and I'm finally feeling better. Had to stop at a Subway to fill up my bottles with Water, a party store for Gatorade, and then a Burger King for more water.

Dude. Sorry. Hope you feel better soon. Maybe you need some hammer endurolytes for during the run. Take 2 every 45 mins.

The only time I threw up after a run was when I am pretty sure I had some sort of heat malady. Second or third phase before heat stroke. Sounds similar to what you experienced. Couldn't stop sweating for 90 minutes after run.

Man oh man Kevin! Thank goodness you're okay. Take it easy with the heat over the next few days. Once you've had a heat related illness, you are more susceptible to them. We don't get the chance to acclimate to this weather in the PNW so it's best to play it smart on these hot, humid days (at least it was down here) and slow it down, or do an alternative workout. Be sure to drink a lot tonight and tomorrow and try to keep cool.
