With my Six Week "Zero to 50-miler" Training Plan, I was forced to jump up to a sixteen miler very quickly (week one) and felt really good throughout. Walked the first 1/4 mile of each 2-mile section. Happy with just about everything!


Nice Kevin - Were you really zero though? If I went directly to 16 miler in the first week, I'd be hurting.
