Oh how I've missed 4-milers! Quick and easy run to test out my Hoka/Injinji setup that I'll probably end up using for the second 26.2 of the Blue Ridge Marathon Double this Saturday in Roanoke.
I'm SOOOO looking forward to concentrating on the shorter stuff for the rest of the year...
