    1 mile swim,home for lunch and little rest, 9 miles run but got heartburn from not waiting long enough, so hopped on exercise bike for 8 miles,,,getting worried running felt good 2 day in a row!!

    Had to pick a parcel up today that I missed yesterday so 2 miles to gym, 50 minutes spin class, 3 miles to fetch parcel and 2.52 mile home with parcel on my back!! worked hard today!!
