    Nice run this morning, though only about 12 hours from my last workout and run, so legs were heavy. 1/2 mile w/u and 1/2 mile c/d with intervals at 7:30 and recovery (2 mins) at 10:00.

    Nice progressive TM run. Triple digits were too much for me today so I took it indoors. Started at 9:33 and ended at 7:47. Still have a long way to go, but feeling good!

      Nice! I don't quite know yet after my HIM in 2.5 wks. That has been my goal right now. At least another couple sprints or maybe an Oly. I might do another HIM in September if this one goes well. After that, thinking about a 50K
