    Went really well. Managed to fit in a run between rain showers! Little tension in the left knee, but fell into a groove the last mile or so.

    was really good! Not nearly as hot because i ran later this evening. Not half as much calf pain, some stiffness but nothing crazy. Did a new loop with two nice short but steep hills!

    Recovery run after race. Went really well actually nothing hurt that wasn't supposed to hurt. No knee pain, some shin pain.
