  1. VELO
    good Home to Bailey/Military 33.2 mi 02:35 12.9mph pace

Longest bike ride ever. It went well after I got past the hill of death at mile 6. Upper back is a little sore and my quads will hurt tomorrow, but I got it done.

I remembered where the gym is! Huzzah!

  3. RUN
Battle Creek to Summit Ave. 14 mi 03:20 14:17 pace

3 giant hills. Miles 1 and 2 were a little awkward. Miles 2 -10 felt awesome. Miles 10 -14 sucked because my IT bands started acting up a lot. Had to slow down and walk a lot at the end.

  4. RUN
    Minneapolis 4 mi 00:48 12:00 pace

Lunchtime run. Stomach was a little weird but I managed to get through it.

  5. RUN
    good Woodbury 4 mi 00:50 12:30 pace

First night time run ever! Went well, but I should have brought a headlamp so I could see some of the icy patches on the trail.

  8. RUN
good Hamlet Lake 3 mi 00:36 12:00 pace

Not sure how many miles I actually ran because I forgot to turn on the GPS on my phone. Somewhere between 3 and 3.5 miles. Hips and IT bands were a little tight, and I slowed down at the end, but... read more

  9. RUN
    good 8.53 mi 01:47 12:31 pace

My pace was pretty good and is what I would like to hold for the WDW marathon. I noticed I was slower around the same time that I took a Gu. Not sure if my running was slowing down that much, or ... read more

  10. RUN
    alright 4 mi 00:46 11:23 pace

First couple miles felt good and then then they felt bad. Not enough to eat before. Still had a really good pace even though it didn't feel good.

  11. RUN
great Downtown Mpls 3 mi 00:34 11:21 pace

Zombies Run: 13 supplies collected and 3 mobs evaded.

  12. RUN
great Spring Lake Park 4 mi 00:44 11:01 pace

After a week of skipping runs I finally got back out and had a great run. Windy and cool makes for fabulous running weather!

  13. RUN
    good Stone Arch Bridge & Lifetime ... 5.75 mi 01:14 12:55 pace

3.25 mile run outside at 11:19/mi pace followed by 7 x 400's at 2:30 and 6 x 200 at 1:15 pace. I am wiped and I'm not sure my math is right for how long it took.

  14. RUN

    Fun!

  15. RUN
alright Little Pig Eye 3.1 mi 00:37 11:48 pace

Managed to average faster than 12 minute miles for the first time in a long time. I was pretty wiped out in the end and had to walk for a couple of minutes in the middle after trying to escape zom... read more
