What was supposed to be an easy easy long run change itself in a long run + tempo. Left without the Garmin to avoid the pace obsession and wanted to try a new route to just run, but after 5k, I noticed there was some marks on the road, 4k, 3.5k etc, so pace increased by itself and I started to check the watch, 4.40mn, 4.30mn... well, I have been trying to keep a nice technique, HR didn't fire up though and I never left L2. Did 2 x 4k working with the wind then finished the last 5k with a little more relaxed pace.
