      Thanks Fabio, yes, back into the swim groove now, got Ironman in July and I signed up again for a 10k swim in September :)

    Recovery run with the dog, a bit hard on the legs at first, then it eased up a bit. Legs are still a bit tender for running though but keeping them moving is good.
