@Fabio, that's what surprise me after so many years of cycling... / @Ben maybe if I eat more donuts I'll become stronger :D / @Peter, agree on that but even with plenty hours of training, how do you swim/run/bike at these paces? / @David, didn't know that, could that explain those splits? / @Jason & @Rob cheers, that's gonna be hard, so far my pb doesn't add up :D

hahha! Have you tried the audofuel stuff by Chrissy Wellington - Ride Harder check that out too! All I can do in the morning first thing is swim, so I totally understand how unappealing the bike is first thing!
