      I have not done Zumba in forever! Sometimes I find my self cleaning dancing! Or just dancing for my boys that when I realize I need zumba because my own moves are not very cute!

    Zumba at the Pulse8. Went great. Poor Instructor was injured though -- but I wish I could move like that when I am not injured! whoop! Added a 500M swim after.
