    i watched it and it totally makes sense. i'm doing more research on it and will definitely do it. when i first started running in high school with a friend of mine who's dad ran (marathons, no less) he instructed us to do the heel toe thing. i'm excited to chi run and take the striking pressure off the heel and not jam my knees. thanks! and thanks, logan!
