Nice job, Jules! One year older, one year wiser indeed. I sent you Logan's vid, btw. Maybe that'll help with the running. Enjoy your day!

i watched it and it totally makes sense. i'm doing more research on it and will definitely do it. when i first started running in high school with a friend of mine who's dad ran (marathons, no less) he instructed us to do the heel toe thing. i'm excited to chi run and take the striking pressure off the heel and not jam my knees. thanks! and thanks, logan!

What's wrong with the one we rode bikes on? Close to home. And, if Paul is awaiting with beer, chips and salsa after each run like he did that day for us? No brainer. ;)

that's the anahpee trail and i was on the northern bit, which is really too commercialized. will head south, which should be through farm lands.

Yes! Welcome back, Jules. I've missed you. Hope you are feeling better. Let's hope (!) the snow and ice is done up der in Wisconsin and you can get out for some nice warm runs.

Hey, get on that trail we biked on our uber ride. It would be perfect for a run!

Slow and steady..... keep going girl! Don't stop. (Of course you know I won't let you.... lol)
