I tried to keep HR below 167 for this long run. I didn't quite make it at all times. Avg HR 161 super slow run with walk breaks every 5 minutes of running. I was supposed to run 8 but I just couldn't do it. I had a .3 mile uphill to my car and had a tough time walking it and keeping my HR down. Well off to cool off.
