I was supposed to run 5 but of course it never fails I had to detour to a porta potty for a break. Luckily I was able to keep running but I de, cided just to loop back instead. Started off slow as I felt the bathroom attack coming on. 11:13, 12:14; 13:23(includes break) 11:18. If this is an indicator of race day I will be running 11:30 pace miles. I wanted 10:30. Now I'll take completion. I'm pooped!
