    My shins/calves were on fire. It hurt really bad at one point. Changed my stride from a fore foot to a heel strike and pain went away. Today began HR training with Julie O. Avg HR today was 143.

    I always feel great after swimming. I have to remind myself some times that there are other things I can do besides running. Considering returning to the Triathlon for 2016.

    Went out for a run with my friend, Julie. Goal was 7.2. I felt good at 7.2 so we ran 2 more. The usual hilly route. Nice boost for my day.
