    Cold headwinds on my uphills made for an ok run. HR got away from me oddly on a downhill. I was probably running too fast.

    good snow run 6.3 mi 01:30 14:17 pace

    Extra slow pace due to the 3 inches of snow on the ground. I didn't find it too cold unless we ran by an open field and then the wind would hurt. Lots of hills - felt strong today.
