Ankles still a bit sore . . . ran in Asics instead of Vibrams to give my feet some time to recover. Other than that, great!

    haha, the treadmills at my gym have individual tvs. I like to watch Doctor Oz for an hour :)

    Great job doing 5 miles on the treadmill! I struggle to stay on it for more than 3 most of the time. ;) And yay for Asics! What do you think of the Vibrams?

    I've run in Asics for the past 3 years and have loved them! So far I really like the Vibrams, but I've only had them for about 4 weeks. The hard part with them is the transitioning . . . and you have to scale back your mileage a lot! But I love the feeling of running on my forefeet/toes! Can't wait until I can do my regular mileage in them.

    I love me some Asics, too. I have been using the GT-2140/50/60's since 2009, and I would never want another shoe. I am really curious about the Vibrams; it does look so fun to run "barefoot." :) I bet they do take some adjustment!
