  8. Noooo I think I have a pulled groin!! It isn't too bad but definitely uncomfortable. I am supposed to run my first 5K on saturday but now I'm not sure if I should :-(

      Probably best to let this heal unless it is feeling a lot better on Friday night......maybe walk the 5k? Try the hot tub at Currents (I have no idea if that is really good for pulled muscles, but it might make the rest of you feel better)......

      Good suggestion, thanks Kathy!! I've never done this before and I really couldn't figure out what I had hurt so I kept running/weight training with it hurting. Now I am taking a little time off just to let it heal!

      Hang in there. Sometimes, you just need to take some days off to let things heal. Lower back stretches have helped me with this in the past, but one time, I needed a chiropracter to help me out......

    I ran right after TRX and increased the incline so maybe it will be slightly more realistic if and when I ever get to run outside again!! The smoke in the air is terrible!!
