    Three circuits; twice each. Didn't try anything new. Sometimes I feel competitive in the gym, like, yeah, I can pump more iron. Is that weird....?
    Need to do more abs. Starting to feel like dough again.

    meh. Kinda tired today. Nixed the run and was gonna be lazy but dragged my lazy bum to the gym instead. Focused on upper body and core with some hip strengthening stuff

    18 miles the fifth time around and our average pace per mile was a whole 50 seconds faster! Wow! And it didn't even feel like we were "pushing it". Felt really good for 95% of it :) Great improvement from last week!
