In 2013 I'd like to complete my 1st 30k trail race (Done!), numerous 20 mi runs & my 1st olympic distance triathlon. Wouldn't mind shedding 5 lbs either!
Run a 5K in 30 minutes or less! I also want to be in a bikini one more time!! Lol
Keep trimming up. Finish a half marathon and then a full marathon.
Train to a level where I can be competitive.
Started riding in June of 2011 due to son's encouragement and started DM on 6/25/2011. Goal: 10,000 miles in 2012
