increasing my speed and my mileage and staying strong and fit for the rest of my life
In 2013 I'd like to complete my 1st 30k trail race (Done!), numerous 20 mi runs & my 1st olympic distance triathlon. Wouldn't mind shedding 5 lbs either!

(short-term) run 10k in under 1 hour (done 10/20/2012!)
(long-term) run and bike on every highway in my county
also, do bare to breakers next spring as run
A faster half marathon (my best to date was a 2:13) I WILL get 2:10 or better! RUN HAPPY while going through the begining stages of menopuause.
i meet my last goals and took a while to think of these: run a 3:30 marathon and run a 50K
Run a 5K in 30 minutes or less! I also want to be in a bikini one more time!! Lol
Keep trimming up. Finish a half marathon and then a full marathon.
Train to a level where I can be competitive.
Started riding in June of 2011 due to son's encouragement and started DM on 6/25/2011. Goal: 10,000 miles in 2012
To keep moving...for a very long time.
