    OMG...3 weeks of no running wreaked havoc on my progress! :( walked .5 mile, ran 2 miles, walked .5 mile....bout died!

    no running for 10 days, plus a BAD head cold makes for a difficult run!... glad i went tho!! proud of the few in my group that are hanging with it! :)
