    After a 2 week 50k recovery (a few runs, but not much) I'm ready to get back after it again. Mixed bag here, mostly around 8:45, but did a mile at 7:50ish in the middle.

    Got out on the trails down by the Chattahoochee River this afternoon for a short trail run. Visiting our Atlanta office and you can grab the trail from the parking lot...that rocks!
