    Hit the mill after work to get in some more miles. A little rough at first, but mixed in some quicker paces to get the heart rate up. I may pay for this double tomorrow, but it sure felt good today.

    Hit the icy sidewalks of Winchester with Alex today at lunch. Felt good other than the slippery spots.

    Met up with Alex at lunch and ran through the battlefield. Trails were snowy and fun! Hit a major ice cold head wind on the way back...yuck! Good buddy run!
