    Met up with Alex for a lunch run through the 3rd Battlefield. Great day to run, but we either ran very fast (both Garminless) or we both sucked today.

    Did this in two parts due to getting the boy to martial parts downstairs. Part one was 3.25 at 8:30ish pace. 10 minute break. Then 2 at 7:10 average, with a 1/2 mile cooldown.

    parked close to work and ran downtown to meet up with M and the kids at dance. Great evening for a run. It's nice running in town occasionally.

    Been nursing a wonky shin this week. I aggrevated a shin splint in last week's Friday Fit Club. We were doing a lot of jumping and I guess I wasn't ready for that.

    Did a mile up around 8:30, felt decent. Then did 2 miles at a 7:00 average, felt ehhh. Then a mile cooldown, which killed me... In the books and did 10 minute row.

    did a half mile up and then wanted to do 3 at a harder pace and dropped down to a 7:15 average for the three. then cooled down to round out the 4 miler.
